Chevy showed off a bit of the center stack of the 2016 Cruze on Instagram. Also showed off that is has the option of Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto, which may or may not have been revealed before.

As for the interior, obviously there’s a big center screen, but there’s hard buttons for climate control and main controls for the infotainment. Also chrome around the vents and stitched “leather” on the lower half of the dash which looks pretty fancy. It looks like it’s going to be very similar to the Chinese version of the Cruze, if not identical.

I must say I’m a fan of what I’ve seen of the Cruze so far. Good advancement from the current one.

I’m, concerned by this piece here. Is it soft touch? Even if it is (or isn’t) it doesn’t look like it has much of a grain to it. I like texture. I don’t mind the current Cruze plastics on the upper dash and door panels. They are well textured and look more upscale. Low sheen and all that. The ones in the back and lower door panels are shinier and I don’t like them as much. Either way, I’m hotly anticipating this car and am planning on making it my next right if they don’t eff up the DCT.

Also, when is CodeCon? I kind of want to know so I can look forward to full pictures and specs on the new Cruze.

Don’t worry I bet the base model will have that replaced with some sort of horrid plastic or vinyl.
